Looks good wynn, I have not tried potatoes in mine but, I’m not against it. Raisins are a no go though. That only took one try and it was unanimous. |

I asked my girlfriend if rasins were an option for me to add. It was no go for her too. The potatoes were good but I think next time I will try it without.

I made it not too long ago for the first time. I’m not a raisin fan but they did add some sweet. Served it over rice with Avocado , 4ward suggestion

Avocados have been a part of my whole life.
Also artichokes, should have seen my girlfriend's (wife now) face the 1st time she saw an artichoke on her plate at my parents house. What's this weed doing on my plate? face

Made blackened tuna César salad, blackened rock shrimp, and lobster bisque last night. Tonight I'm making flanken cut Korean beef ribs, pancit, garlic and sriracha roasted Brussel sprouts and Kani salad.

We had left over grilled wings from last night, along with some of the rice from the Chicken and Rice dish I posted a few days ago. I did have a nice Italian Sub from Detwiler's Market for lunch.

I’m trying to make some shrimp/ pork spring rolls.

Wife made the Loaf of Meat along with baked potatoes and green beans. I will prefer it more tomorrow as a sandwich.
