Wife wants to go to Helen Georgia when her health improves a bit. Is that the German/Dutch Village? yes, BUT it has turned into a freakin tourist trap.

Disney the last week of Sept/Oct with the kids and grandkids. This should be fun.... A bowl or the occasional vodka/tonic helps out. also take along some ear plugs ... you won't regret it

Disney the last week of Sept/Oct with the kids and grandkids. This should be fun.... A bowl or the occasional vodka/tonic helps out. Get a good buzz before entering the magic kingdom. Only place that sells booze there is Cinderella’s castle. That’s a tough reservation but totally worth it if you got little kids. Epcot would be my go to, can drink a beer from every country. Couple laps around the lake and it’s time for fireworks. Have one of your kids fake an injury, get a wheel chair and you can skip the lines.

The youngest daughter went twice before she was 2. She's now 7. First time for my youngest son 4, grandson 2 granddaughter 1 and newest granddaughter 1 month and one of my son in Laws has never been. Other son in law hasn't been since he was 11. I intend to drink a little more on this trip than in years past

Lots of fishing I'm going to Sumerland Key for a week in June, then on the Yankee Capts the end of June. Late July, I'm going salmon and halibut fishing in Tahsis, BC Was it you I had the conversation about Tahsis with a couple of years ago ?? Beautiful place. Yes. I've been there several times. My best buddy from high school has been going there every summer for over 40 years and I've visited and fished with him several times

Croatia and maybe take a ferry to Greece. Been to Dubrovnik in Croatia and to Greece. I’d definitely go again. Dubrovnik was just really cool and a lot of history. Greece was beautiful and a lot of interesting agricultural, wineries and neat old fishing boats. Very scenic.

All ready back from Marathon. Probably gonna do a 3-4 night trip to Alabama later. Ms PD wants to go on a flounder gigging trip and explore around Mobile a while. That part I could do without, but she never complains at all about the money I spend chasing deer and fish. So if she wants to go to Mobile, I'm gonna take her. Flounder gigging will be fun anyway.

Just walked in the door 30 minutes ago from a trip to Vancouver and a cruise to Alaska. Talk about polar opposites for weather. Woke up this morning in Vancouver, it was 50 degrees and rainy. Got off the plane on the jetway and could already feel the heat and humidity... It's going to be a long long summer...
The cruise was fantastic, btw. What unbelievably beautiful country. Not sure why anyone lives there full time, but beautiful all the same.

U.S.S Alabama Bellingrath Gardens Ft Morgan and Ft Gaines (take the ferry across the bay Gulfquest Maritime Museum I wouldn't waist my time or money at Gulf Coast Zoo. We went last week and were pretty disappointed. The Tigers died in 2019 and everything else there is dead or dying. If you like amusement/water parks check our OWA
