Mix some horseradish into that blue cheese/mayo aioli. I tried to take your advice, but the closest thing I had was some wasabi mayo and it was very old, so I tossed it.

The cocktail crab fingers I picked the Friday were freezer burned and inedible. I took them back and traded them in on these served with a wedge salad tonight.

It used to be really good. Its still good seafood for the most part.

Grilled t-bone and zucchini. Pulled it at like 142 and was still a little over for me. I’d also never actually buy this cut but it was given to me from a new place that just opened up theflyingcattle.com/ so wasn’t going to look a gift horse in the mouth, or however the saying goes.

The T bone looks just right for me. Throw some mushrooms on it. Yep, looks great to me, I will buy T-Bone if I see a nice one. I also like bone in ribeye. Growing up, IF, we ever got to eat steak it was T-Bone. That's what Daddy loved. To that, we always had hamburgers, hamburger steak, hot dogs and pork chops grilled. Steak was reserved for special occasions and then only a couple of times a year. Meatloaf, stir-fried veggies and lemon bar for desert. Meatloaf sandwich for lunch today. 😋

We just put EVOO and regular everglades on it, one of our top sides as it is easy, healthy and tasty (same with squash and asparagus on the grill).

Having a potato left from this weekend and a small piece of leftover prime rib.....tonight was loaded baked potato and prime rib. Full disclosure I added another small dollop of sour cream after the picture and the prime rib was more so I could dip my potato in A1 sauce. I don't believe I have ever typed the word dollop in a sentence before...maybe Tarp will let me know if I used it correctly or Cad can Google it and let me know....Bon Appetit!!!!
