I don’t want to derail but, where is “flash”?
I was just prepping some ribs and realized that he is missing.
Could have sworn I saw him post but I don’t think he has.
I hope he (and his) are ok.
Maybe one of you FS ex mods have a way to reach out?
He’s a good guy and a BBQ expert. Takes some good pictures too.

Whenever I ask the family what they want for dinner they say chicken cutlet. I think they know it will keep me in the kitchen for hours. Jokes on them , I get to drink beer and listen to music. Turned 5 lbs of breast into cutlet. Made a simple marinara with sweet sausage. Will be combined tomorrow for chicken parm heroes for the boat.

Caught some amlico jacks a couple weeks ago and was kinda hesitant on preparing some for dinner. Made fish tacos with mango salsa, twas delicious.

Arroz con Pollo plus smoked sausage for a little added flavor. I always put sausage in my arroz con pollo. The recipe I have from an older Cuban lady taught me that. |
