Hell yeah! Nice one man! Congratulations! How long did it take to get in the boat? Quite awhile. Took an hour just to get the bait to him and for him to take it Almost 10 to swallow it Under our boat. It ran to another guys boat who was fishing. He was kind enough to raise his motor and troller. Got a big hook in him, it got off, back on. Etc. a fun adventure I bet it was 45-60 min from him taking the bait to getting his mouth taped and rolling him in. Quite a rush.

That's a biggun. Someone got a 14'-3" in Mississippi a couple weeks ago. I don't think it weighed as much as this one.
I looked it up the MS gator was 802.5 lbs. It set a length record though.

Saw one on Tampabay news (channel 13) last week. Seems it was second largest to ever be taken. There needs to be more taken if you ask me. Every water body around seems to have their share. Big gators will relocate as well. Seen them in the flat woods traveling.
