Wishing wetness for all who need it.
We're in a wet pattern that was needed.
Best of luck with the water bill, Ferris.
That's one item we won't have to worry about.
The entire city is on a flat-rate system ... no meters.
Residential bills vary with the number of bathrooms.
Swimming pools don't count.
But, bills will go up soon to provide deferred maintenance.
( Many pipes are a century old, held together by gravity. )
