Low tide at sunrise so bait was easy to catch......not so with the fish until the incoming tide finally cleared up the water at nearly noon. Until then only 4 flounder, three of which were big enough. Soon as the water cleared up the mangroves fired up and we had 8 keepers and tossed back a few in a hour or so before getting run in by thunder. Ceviche for dinner tonight and tomorrow.......how the rest gets cooked over the next few days don't know yet.....but as the fig trees are now producing we're leaning towards the grill where the figs add a interesting twist.

You’re a consistent fish catcher, enjoying the fruits of your labor. BTW I think someone was trying to obtain your opinion on catfish over in the kitchen section.

Thanks for the report, just moved from Callahan down to Hwy 16 and 13. Looking forward to doing more fishing than hunting.
