Did anyone see the new court ruling about DNR going on peoples land and searching with out warrant . Only a matter of time till some people start challenging it in other states .

my sons and i have already given permission to access our property as well as our neighbors to control poaching, thieves, squatters and various other scumbags but i like the ruling if you dont want them on your land without a warrant then they should stay off.

If I owned property and they asked me I would allow them to also but no one should be able to enter your property if you don't want them to .

front access to the property i dont worry bout, you actually need to open one of the 2 neighbors locked gates then go 500 yds to my locked gate. both neighbors live there fulltime and 1 of them lives off the grid and is always keeping a eye out and also has our permission to come on property anytime. problem is the river, people tubing down the river have stopped and ate lunch , some go walking around then see no trespassing signs ,stare at them then turn around. problem is the dipshits that just decide they found a nice place to camp, build a fire put up a tent, go shit in the woods, then leave a mess when they leave.i get plenty of that on cameras.then you got local dirtbags that will use river to steal from people and some poaching so until i live on property full time i allow access once im full time that might change. seems to be nothing but respect between the law and couple landowners in my little area.

I thought the warden had the right to do that anyways. Probable cause??

I’ve got several personal cell numbers of wardens in my areas. One of them has my gate codes and I’ll text him if the code changes. He has an open invite to patrol on our place. That said, we have a poaching/trespass problem, and I want those fuckers to think he could be out there at any time. That said, I don’t think the TN wardens should be able to set up cameras on private land without the owners permission.

My Dad gave a few Sheriffs Deputies permission to hunt the groves and woods he managed anytime they wanted. They took quite a few down to the county lockup. Trespassing poachers ranks pretty high up on my list of "dislikes"....
