Rubbed with Ethiopian spices. My daughters boyfriend did it up. Seems like most fillet and fry, but so much meat and flavor is lost. I am guilty, but am trying for more whole fish, the cheeks were awesome.

That fish looks great! I’m a big fan of cooking fish whole minus the “innards”. I believe the flavor is enhanced with the bones and fins.

I favor fried most all the time but man those grilled fish look mighty good cyclist and conchydong. Trying that soon.
