considering quota app, are these wmas about same rut time, mid october?

I don't know about the other two, but Homossasa had a good acorn drop the 1st two weeks of Oct. and the deer were feeding heavy on them. Where the does were hanging out the bucks were rubbing and laying down scrapes.

chaz per rut map ,looks about oct , but near other zones---any more ideas?

The rut map is a mean date of conception. With the buck activity being stronger before conception, and the presence of later cycles, this means the strongest buck activity in the first cycle will be earlier than the dates on the map for most parts of the state.
