I have been watching a poll on the 2024 generic congressional vote. Who would you vote for to represent you in congress, Republican or Democrat.
Since November 2023 it has favored Republicans by as much as 2 points. Since Last month, April 2024, it has turned around and more voter prefer a democrat. Democrats are now ahead by 1.2%. I assume it is due to the infighting among Republicans in Congress and the voters are getting tired of it. The trend could bounce back in a month or so, but it is bad news for Republicans if it does not.
But, also watching Biden approval numbers and they are falling as well, so voters appear to be dissatisfied with Biden as well as congress. That could be good for Trump.
May end up with a Republican President and a Democrat congress.
