It is worth reading........ Process matters.......and regardless of what those on the right might think, those on the left do get upset when there is too much government.......and regardless of what those on the left might think, those on the right who say "regulation" is a problem are often correct. All of which means their is a middle ground........though, as always, it is of no benefit to the political professionals or the Team Players to point that out...... www.nytimes.com/2024/04/28/opinion/san-francisco-public-toilet.html

True, so true. Over regulation is rampant.

It's true.
California went off the deep end, and set an example for others to avoid.
It's no secret ... the business climate in the state is bad and getting worse.
Last year, during conversation about a new business, an attorney in New Jersey agreed.
At a large firm, with national reach, he'd seen clients go that route who regretted the decision.
CA is a huge market, with great potential, saddled with regulations that frustrate the best of plans.
There's no way I'll enter that market without substantial support from branches in other states.
One of California's most infamous regulatory boondoggles became a running gag on the Bill Maher show.
It took him an absurd amount of time and money to build a garden shed with a solar cell on the roof.
Was it worth the effort?
Who knows?

Real Clear is here: www.realclearpolitics.com/They do a reasonable job of pulling from the left and the right so something there will challenge and frustrate everyone.......if they will read outside their box.......
