I like the Jimmys chili dogs. They're addicting. I usually get 2 when I go to town. Maybe ttwice a month.

. Slummed it tonight. Nobody felt like cooking so we picked Publix fried chicken and heated up some Stouffers Mac and cheese and a can of Margaret Holmes collard greens. It was all good enough for dinner especially with a sprinkle of Marie Sharps Belizean Heat.

Had a big lunch of junk food in the woods and was still feeling full. Needed food for a couple of meds so I had a toasted PB&J (Blackberry jam and crunchy peanut butter). It did what I needed.

Wife heated up a spiral ham (bought from Publix and was pretty decent) along with green bean casserole, deviled eggs, etc. Saving room for a slice of coconut cream pie for after I walk the dogs.

Baked a ham I bought at Christmas for $1.49 a pound. I know why it was $1.49 a lb. O.K., but not great. The collards and cornbread I made to go with it made up for the ham. they were delicious.

Kept it simple, cooked a standing rib roast and baked taters on the Weber. Wife made a simple cuke and onion salad and some of her prize winning deviled eggs.
