The only problem with ordering frog legs out is often they are imported from China. I always have concerns eating anything from China.

Been a long time since I've had a pineapple upside down cake. My mom use to make them when we were kids. Sounds awfully good.

I made the Cuban Picadillo tonight using the recipe I posted and added the cilantro Tarpon mentioned. I did add the olive juice as he mentioned also. I even included the raisins. I Served it with flour tortillas and made a burrito out of it. It was delicious. I have leftovers for tomorrow and maybe the day after. I may cook some rice for tomorrow It makes a lot of Picadillo. Never had it before, but I will have it again.

This is my Aunt Faye's recipe. It was published in the church cookbook. I use this as a base but sometimes tweak it a bit and cut it in half if I am cooking just for the wife and I.

Another suggestion was to serve it with french bread like a sloppy joe. When I make it again, that may be next.

Capers Pickled onion Olive oil Coarse black pepper Whiting Parsley from the yard Tomatoes Garlic Salt Bait ( a few of the shrimp we had for bait! ) A dash of Worcestershire Avocado Kalamata olives Garbanzo beans Brutally good..... Oh......and Lizzy is having mealworms.............
