Thanks Tony. Sounds like a starting point for me. Italian food is not my forte but I am getting better. Unfortunately my wife likes Filipino spaghetti that is terrible for me. They use Banana ketchup and hot dogs in it and it is too sweet for my taste.

Was excellent. They should have stopped there. They also made some really good fried egg roll things.

Attachment DeletedSaturday tug grub. Don't let your meatloaf. The mushroom caps were sheer coincidence, but appropriate.

Made some sausage with peppers and onions. I used some Badia complete seasoning that I bought on sale at Publix a while back. I liked the flavor of the seasoning.

Asked wife what she wanted for dinner on Mother’s Day. Grilled chicken over a bed of romaine. Feta and almonds, raspberry vinaigrette . Since I got the charcoal grill going its sabrett hotdogs for me and the kids. Also making WynnV’s stuffed portobello’s for an app.

Wife's daughter and our grandson came over this afternoon for mother's day/Wife's birthday. They requested burgers, so I made them with caramelized onions, baked beans, and the wife made deviled eggs yesterday. The grandson ate 3 burgers, 7.25 ounce each of beef. Thank God I don't have to feed him all the time!

Well you know now. Gotta be careful with the spices and cooking time. Stuffing is great on the back side.
Thanks for being my friend. Cooking to me is fun and imaginative, for people you love.
