You can eat the whole meal with a plastic fork it was so tender. where are you getting the Berkshire pork locally? Conchy, Google WILD FORK. They're close to you but will also deliver. The thick Berkshire coppa steaks are what I use. We also get our lamb chops from there. The only disappointment we've had over the years was their rib eye steaks. We get most of our meats from them on the tug. If you shop smart you can save money over Publix and get a better product. Obviously buying a $100 hunk of wagyu tomahawk won't help on the savings, but if you're even interested in wagyu, you're prolly not too concerned with saving money.

Making meatloaf and corn on the cob. meatloaf is probably my favorite comfort food. Mine too. I had all the ingredients and had not made it in a while. Now I get to eat meatloaf for the next three days!
