No need to burn up anything since this has already been discussed, on here, a dozen times or so. The law is very specific on who can be charged and does not define the unborn child as a human life. I did google the actual law to post a link since I doubted you would take my word for it. If you paid attention in class, you wouldn't ask silly questions. But most of you only read what you want to read and ignore the important stuff. You have to read the entire law and the answer is clear. ‘‘(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to permit the prosecution— ‘‘(1) of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent is implied by law; ‘‘(2) of any person for any medical treatment of the pregnant woman or her unborn child; or ‘‘(3) of any woman with respect to her unborn child. ‘‘(d) As used in this section, the term ‘unborn child’ means a child in utero, and the term ‘child in utero’ or ‘child, who is in utero’ means a member of the species homo sapiens, at any stage of development, who is carried in the womb.’’. www.congress.gov/108/plaws/publ212/PLAW-108publ212.pdf

I forgot to mention that most states have similar laws on the books.
