I have to get out for a day.
No boats, extra crap, people… I’m simply heading east. Cooler, chair, bucket, cast net, surf rod and some string lines and chicken ( to try for a few crabs early on).
I’ll be somewhere at daybreak, and north of Marineland by noon, I need my toes in the sand.

Well, I spent 2 hours crabbing. Traded 3 chicken legs for about 30 crabs. I kept 24.
Ran across my buddy on the beach and spent the day relaxing. 2 bluefish and a bonnethead, water was clean incoming but no action.
I’ve had worse days, so all is well.

Going back in the morning. Buddy got 5 pomps last weekend.
We shall see, I’d love to get into the whiting.
