The following WMAs have new rule changes for the coming 2024 hunting season. You guys that hunt any of these areas might want to figure out what was changed on the area you hunt. I couldn't find specific area changes. Good luck......Here's the link to all changes.......

"New Hunting Opportunities – Adding new hunts, increasing the number of days of hunting, or
adding methods of take or number of species to hunt or removing quotas:
Southwest Region (68A-15.061): Croom, Fred C. Babcock/Cecil M. Webb, Green Swamp –
West, Lower Hillsborough, Orange Hammock
North Central Region (68A-15.062): Andrews, Camp Blanding, Four Creeks, Twin Rivers; (68A17.005): Watermelon Pond
Northwest Region (68A-15.063): Apalachee, Beaverdam Creek, Blackwater, Blackwater –
Hutton Unit, Chipola River, Choctawhatchee River, Econfina Creek, Escambia River, Joe Budd,
Lafayette Creek, Ochlockonee River, Perdido River, Pine Log, Plank Road, Point Washington,
Tate’s Hell – Womack Creek Unit, Yellow River; (68A-17.005): Apalachicola River
South Region (68A-16.064): Big Cypress, Okaloacoochee Slough; (68A-17.005): CREW
*Staff is proposing a change from what was approved in December to withdraw a proposal that
would have created an archery-only area within Dupuis WEA.
Northeast Region (68A-15.065): Dunns Creek, Ocala, Silver Springs Forest, Three Lakes –
Prairie Lakes Unit, Triple N Ranch
Telogia Creek WMA – (new) – establish a new wildlife management area (~12,384 acres) in
Liberty County (Northwest Region). The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is
the lead land manager of this property. The hunt format would include a: 16-day archery season,
4-day muzzleloading gun season, 20-day general gun season, 42-day small game season, 4-day
archery/muzzleloading gun season, 2-day youth turkey season, 17-day spring turkey season and
migratory bird seasons for dove and duck. Limited entry quota permits would only be required for
portions of the general gun and turkey seasons. All other seasons would be available to hunt
without a quota."
