Went out of port Everglades for a quick Thursday afternoon trip started north of the port in about 200’ was good current from the south nothin closer in. Caught 1 undersized mahi was safely tagged and released. Caught about 6 undersized muttons and 3 red groupers, managed to lose a big bite on the bottom about 3 min later landed a good one probably 15lbs. Tried another drift over same area hooked up with another decent fish and while pulling in the leader got sharked. At least managed 1 good one.

Went out of Key Largo Saturday morning, a bit snottier than expected. Caught one decent mutton, 20 inches, in about 45 feet of water on a live pinfish on a knocker rig, was about the only bite all day. anchor got stuck had to cut it, so turned out to be a very expensive fish.....
