There are no monkeys on the island right now I have been saying that for days.... They took the monkeys off the island in early 2022. They are renovating the island to bring it up to current standards for USDA and FWC Licensing for Captive Primates.. So they can add additional monkeys to the island.
The monkeys are down the road at a private facility in Hernando County
