-Ingredients-2 TBSP Salt 1/2 Cup White Sugar 3/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar 2 Red Onions, sliced - Slice Onions
- Partially separate and pack onions into a mason jar
- Combine Salt, Sugar, & RWV in a pot
- Gently simmer and stir until solids dissolve
- Add pickling mixture to mason jar while warm
- For best result, let them sit for a few days before opening
- Enjoy!

How much pickling mixture and do you use pink salt? I would imagine not. Pretty much insta cure pink salt #1 or 2 for curing meat. Pink Himalayan salt you could use for sure.
