Good to know. Been keeping an eye on it for a few years. Now I guess I need to go see it.

Next pandemic is the proliferation of Californians and Yorkers to the rural landscapes.

You may have noticed the stacks of firewood out there are as big as the house that it's sitting next to. The piles are not that big for no reason. You may find it a little cool in the winter.

Many of the western states are getting an influx of people from CA, WA, and OR. They can quickly change the red states big cities to blue. After experiencing this summer here in FL a pile of necessary firewood seems a small price to pay. Wife is entrenched. I'm doomed .

blue state or red state give me 100 acres out in the boonies anywhere 30 years ago and i would make it work no matter who,s in charge , 100 acres in florida you better be a millionaire. me im approaching old fart status so its not for me but you younger guys who dream of owning your own land and getting outa this high dollar rat race here in florida check it out, very affordable land out there. not gonna name the town on here but my buddy owns 67 acres with a small 3/2 pre fab house on it. 165000.00 one hundred sixty five thousand. and i found cheaper stuff. yes you are in the middle of nothing but thats what some people are looking for.

couple weeks of -10 with 20-30 mph winds will change minds.
It is like the antithesis of FL. We get heat April - Nov and they get possibility of snow Sept-June.
