YES, we use our old seasoned cast iron 90% of the time. It’s time to replace the other ones though. Suggestions? Have 8”, 10” and 12” pretty good quality calphalon, heavy bottom and NO plastic so they are oven friendly. They lasted a long time but, times up. I’d like to order online if possible.Any recommendations?

Only thing I can say is don’t cook in anything aluminum. Cast Iron and what cyclist says. Let us know what brand you settle on.

Ordered a 12” Merten & Storck, And a 8” “Made In” that was stupid expensive. I’ll see how I like them.

One of the extra stock stores. Called TJMaxx up here. Get a couple t-fal nonstick frying pans every 2-3 years or so for $15-$25ea. As soon as they show wear, I just get a new one. Some last 4 or 5 years. the heavily used ones last 2-3 years.
Always have good nonstick pans, spend about $30 a year if you average it out. and... I cook alot.

T-Fal are good if you don't mind replacing them for cheap every few years. One of mine is due and I kind of just want to use the cast iron instead, but the wife says they're too heavy to use as often as we use the non-stick.

The carbon steel season like cast iron and are much lighter. 4ward...how are your new ones?
