Definitely a black and I think the reddish looking one is a gag.

Even though the one in the first picture looks considerably different than the one in second picture, I think they are both black groupers.

I do not know what the first one is, but I agree the second is a black grouper. The third is a Goliath or Jewfish. First one may be a red grouper and I only say that due to the fins having black edges.
But it has been a while since I fished for grouper.
