Couple of crappy weather days, but finally had a pretty decent day. Good day on the water today! Good friends and good fishing!

I would have never thought Crevelles would be good but my Filipino brother in law fried some by first adding ginger to the oil and over cooking them a bit and they were not fishy at all. Someone here on the old forum had a recipe to make a “ tuna” type salad out of them. It was either Captain Bob Lemay or permit rat who, unfortunately I think may be deceased by now because I have not heard from him in years.

I just kept them for cut bait. I know some people like them but trout and Snapper are better!
