Donald Trump’s jumble of claims about energy policy is muddling what could be a winning attack on one of Kamala Harris’ biggest potential vulnerabilities. Instead of a disciplined focus on one or two themes — such as the Biden era’s record-high gasoline prices and Harris’ flip-flop on banning fracking — Trump has spent weeks rollicking from message to message on energy, false and otherwise. Those include exaggerating his own efforts to block construction of a Russian natural gas pipeline in Europe, as well as offering what analysts call a massively inflated claim about how much his policies could have boosted the United States’ already world-leading oil production. Trump’s constant ping-ponging has shown up in his rallies, his speech on economic policy last week in New York, and Tuesday’s prime-time debate with Harris. At the debate, his flurry of messages took time away from what should have been his main focus on energy, said longtime Republican campaign strategist David Kochel, who is not advising the Trump campaign. “It's almost incoherent,” Kochel said. “In the debate, he was clearly flustered. It's very difficult for him to actually prosecute a single strategy. He was just all over the place.” An oil industry lawyer agreed, saying Trump’s discussion of energy was “meme level.” www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/strategists-say-trump-s-incoherent-claims-undercut-his-energy-message/ar-AA1qxDmb?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=u531&cvid=5506c62265f94e4badccd28c56051063&ei=8

Watch his press conference today from California. It was pure comedy gold. He said his shares of Truth Social were worth $60 billion and the stock had a record increase in value. He was also turning on the faucet and getting California all the water it needs.
There was lots more.

"The former president appeared on Real America’s Voice on Monday night, once again dragging up his claims from both before and after the 2020 election that mail-in ballots are heavily affected by fraud, even though the voting method has been found to be safe and secure." "Trump claimed, “We have very bad elections. We have a bad voting system. We have mail-in ballots. " "The former president said, “We ought to go to court and we ought to bring a lawsuit because they’re going to lose hundreds of thousands of ballots. Maybe purpose-ly. Or maybe just through incompetence.” "Trump is once again doing the groundwork to challenge the election results if he loses in November."
After the 2020 election, Trump and other Republicans claimed that fraudulent mail votes were a major reason why he lost. This time around, the GOP is now urging its supporters to vote by mail, but Trump himself appears unable to stop bashing the voting method." www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-is-already-threatening-to-sue-post-office-because-they-ll-maybe-purpose-ly-lose-mail-in-ballots/ar-AA1qJWy5?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=u531&cvid=0045426486d5492abb4291b34b9d9828&ei=33

He's scrambling. Now Trump says he'll change his own legislation. How many tax cuts has he promised? Tips, overtime, what else? And no mention of reducing debt. "Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday vowed that he would "get SALT back" if reelected, apparently suggesting that he would eliminate the cap on state and local tax deductions that he signed into law in 2017." "Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, made the promise in a Truth Social post intended to court New York voters to back him over Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris in the Nov. 5 election." "We have a real chance of winning, for the first time in many decades, New York," Trump claimed, arguing that crime, immigration and inflation have hurt state residents." "VOTE FOR TRUMP! I will turn it around, get SALT back, lower your Taxes, and so much more," he said in the post." "Asked for clarification on Trump's social media post, and specifically whether he is vowing to end the SALT cap he signed into law, the Republican's campaign did not provide a direct answer." "The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to follow-up questions from CNBC." "The SALT deduction allowed taxpayers to deduct certain state and local taxes from their federal tax returns. But the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the biggest legislative accomplishment of Trump's presidential term, limited that deduction to $10,000." www.msn.com/en-us/money/markets/trump-who-signed-salt-deduction-cap-into-law-now-vows-to-get-salt-back/ar-AA1qJmco?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=u531&cvid=3d3b745973ac4152bf0eeb14c0053c8c&ei=14

Remember back when I slapped you across the face? People say that was the strongest slap ever. Bam!
Yeah, well, I'm not going to do that any longer. Nope, not gonna happen! No more slaps. Never.
Believe me.
