How about no moderation and the candidates an ask each other questions as well as fielding questions from a packed audience.

The man loves to hear himself speak. How it is stacked for the Dems if Fox hosts the debate? That is what Trump wants. All I am saying is, she gets to choose the moderator. The other rules would keep it fair and do not favor either candidate. Neither one gets to interrupt the other and you don't have an audience to distract from the issues. I guess an audience with each candidate picking half the members would be fine, but then the moderator would keep telling the audience to shut up so we could hear the candidates. I guess a 50/50 audience might be the most fair thing to do. If Trump refuses to debate her on the terms he already agreed to, then he is the one hiding and scared to take her on.
