I’m a burnt toast and black coffee guy in the morning. However, my oldest is moving out in a couple weeks.. He likes to make breakfast, I might have to get him one. You cook the egg right on the muffin all at once?

You cook the egg right on the muffin all at once? Yep. Cooks the egg, heats the ham/canadian bacon and melts the cheese along with toasting the English muffin.

Cracking a raw egg onto a muffin is kinda like putting raw meat in a crockpot.
Gross.

I had one of those that made triangle sandwiches - worked great for cooking blueberry muffins! Just slit one side and drop in some butter...

I'm lazy. Couple times a month I'll cook up an egg burrito or raspberry pancake for breakfast, but most mornings a bowl of Cheerios is faster and easier.

Since we're talking eggs, I've been doing a few different iterations of this. Quick n easy.

Since we're talking eggs, I've been doing a few different iterations of this. Quick n easy. Nice, add some refried beans, hot peppers and you basically have huevos rancheros.

The first one I tried was a huevos Ranchero inspired attempt. Turned out good. Tried ham n cheese, and bacon and mushrooms. Did a Philly cheese steak inspired mix yesterday with ground venison. All were good. None lasted long.

A simple egg ring will do the trick. Back in the day I'd pay an egg cook top dollar. Every now and then I'll make a traditional French Omelete, i have one pan dedicated to eggs, nothing else.

That's what I used to do but you still have to toast the english muffins, cook the eggs and heat the ham etc etc and clean up the pan afterwards. Then unless everything isn't hot enough to melt the cheese, than you still may have to nuke it for a few seconds. This is EZPZ when cooking for one. Cooking for a lot of people it wouldn't be efficient.

Growing up my mom would make that, she'd call it pennies & scrambled eggs. We loved it!
