He is selling the trademark, so you will still be able to get the clothes. Prior to its Chapter 11 filing, it entered into an asset purchase Agreement with FCM Saltwater Holdings, Inc., to acquire the marketing, sourcing, licensing, and selling of its Salt Life branded products for a total purchase price of approximately $28.03m in cash.
The purchase price is subject to adjustment after closing of the Salt Life transaction based on final net accounts receivable and certain inventory calculations.
Upon bankruptcy court approval FCM Saltwater Holdings, Inc., is expected to be designated as the “stalking horse” bidder in connection with a sale of the Salt Life Assets under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. They bought the trademark from the guy that started it for $19,000. I didn't know it was the whole company. I thought it was just the salt life beer. From what I read.

I’ve been hitting the Salvation Army store (usually after we donate some junk) a few times a year and have bought some Columbia Fishing Shirts for about $3 a shirt. I hunt out of the olive drab ones. Also picked up some BDU fatigues that were almost new, a pair of new high dollar military style boots. Bought four almost new folding chairs with cushions for $5 each. I like recycling…
