OK God you are omnipotent know wonder you have such a powerful role as forum moderator. Fuck you no unverifiable ballots. Get fuckin real! I have been polite and provided the evidence of court cases you asked for. I know there no evidence of unverifiable which is why you can not provide it, but just repeat Trump's lies about the election. I will now stop discussing this issue with you since you can't accept facts and only Trump's Bullshit. You didnt list shit cause you cant. Only repeat the democratic lie that this was litigated.

Laws were changed, but it was done legally. The state legislature in many states had empowered the election officials to legally make certain changes under certain emergency conditions like Covid. Trump had declared an emergency situation and the states had also. The courts ruled nothing was done illegally. 2020 had a very high voter turnout due to mail in voting being made easier. 66% of eligible voters voted in 2020, higher than the 59% that voted in 2016. Votes in contested states were recounted, verified, recounted, and recounted again. The only thing the Dems did was endorse mail in voting where Trump discouraged people from using it during a Pandemic when many were not going to go to the polls. Covid cost Trump the election. People were unhappy with what was going on and voted for a change. Biden had a decent favorability rating due to his connection with Obama. Trump's sucked at that time. Had the election been a year earlier ot Covid a year later, Trump would have won. So what is the case number of this so called court rulling? I asked for a case number not just some random list of states. Mr know it all you didn't answer shit then cry take your ball and go home

U did not provide one case number once again take your ball and go home. LOSER! Can you not read? Trump v. Wis. Elecs. Comm’n (E.D. Wis. Dec. 12, 2020) King v. Whitmer (E.D. Mich. Dec. 7, 2020) Donald J. Trump for President v. Boockvar (M.D. Pa. Nov. 21, 2020) Wood v. Raffensperger (N.D. Ga. Nov. 20, 2020) Since you were not specific on which of Trump's bogus claims you were referring to, providing one case is impossible. He claimed various state passed illegal voting laws, claims the courts ruled against.

Trump should have petitioned the rule changes before the fraud and election took place. I do not think that says what you think it says! Same with King

Raffensperger (N.D. Ga. Nov. 20, 2020) Since you were not specific on which of Trump's bogus claims you were referring to, providing one case is impossible. He claimed various state passed illegal voting laws, claims the courts ruled against. Did they rule what you said? or thrown out for BS like Wisc. Trump should have petitioned the rule changes before the fraud and election took place. I do not think that says what you think it says! Same with woods There was no merit to the case to litigate it. This is the summary of the Wisconsin case. Legal rulings are not BS. Trump v. Wis. Elecs. Comm’n (E.D. Wis. Dec. 12, 2020) – The district court dismissed Trump’s claim that Wisconsin officials violated his rights under the Electors Clause because said officials allegedly issued guidance on state election statutes that deviated significantly from the requirements of Wisconsin’s election statutes. First, the court found that interpretations of election administration rules do not fall under the meaning of “Manner” in the Electors Clause. Moreover, even if “Manner” were read so broadly, the defendants had acted consistently with, and as expressly authorized by, the Wisconsin Legislature; their issued guidance did not significantly or materially depart from legislative direction. Thus, there was no violation of the Electors Clause. The U.S. Appeals Court for the 7th Circuit affirmed the district court’s opinion on Dec. 24, 2020. Trump filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court on Dec. 30, 2020 along with a motion for expedited consideration, and the court denied Trump’s motion to expedite on January 11.
This is a summary of the Woods case. Note that the court ruled on the merits of the case. Wood v. Raffensperger (N.D. Ga. Nov. 20, 2020) – While the district court stated that the claims of a plaintiff—a registered voter—could be dismissed either for lack of standing or under the doctrine of laches, the court nonetheless ruled on the merits. First, the district court dismissed the plaintiff’s Equal Protection claim because there was no disparate treatment among Georgia voters. Next, the district court dismissed the plaintiff’s Elections and Electors Clauses claim because Secretary Brad Raffensperger had not overridden or rewritten any state law. Finally, the district court dismissed the plaintiff’s Due Process claim because there is no individual constitutional right to observe the electoral process (i.e., monitor an audit or vote recount). The U.S. Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit affirmed the district court’s opinion on Dec. 5, 2020. The plaintiff filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court on Dec. 8, 2020 and filed a motion for expedited consideration on the same day. However, the court denied the motion to expedite on January 11.Same with King, they analysed the merits of the case. King v. Whitmer (E.D. Mich. Dec. 7, 2020) – While the district court stated that the claims of plaintiffs—Republican presidential electors—could be dismissed for lack of standing, the district court nonetheless analyzed the merits of the plaintiffs’ claims. First, the district court was unpersuaded by the plaintiffs’ claim that defendants violated the Elections and Electors Clauses by allegedly violating the Michigan Election Code because it found that deviations from state election law are not the same as modifications of state election law. Second, the district court found the plaintiffs’ Equal Protection claim to be too speculative, finding no evidence that physical ballots were altered. The plaintiffs filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court on Dec. 11, 2020, and subsequently filed a motion for expedited consideration on Dec. 18, 2020. However, the court denied the motion to expedite on January 11.Not sure what you are referring to. As I said, if you could be specific as to which Trump bullshit claim you are referring to.

Yes, they did if you read their ruling on the merits.

Where any of your cases litigated or all thrown out on standing? The court ruled on the merits of the cases even for those without standing. The court found them without merit. There is nothing to litigate if court finds the claims are without merit. the court just throws the case out. The court ruled no laws were broken and there was no merit to Trump's claims. Basically, they politely said Trump was full of shit with his his bullshit claims.
