Do you honestly believe that the bias of a NY court is representative of the average American court? They all have their bias. It’s part of the human condition. Not all lean in the same direction as NY though. And even those that do don’t tend to lean nearly as far as NY. Even Cad pointed out that same fact today on another thread on a different subject. New York is just as American as any other jurisdiction. There are biases across every one of them, across the country too. Heck, some places ignore those obvious biases and put people to death disproportionately due to the color of their skin. So please GMAFB with that bias court bullshit.

Ironic that all those that had such respect for American jurisprudence when juries found guys like Zimmerman and Rittenhouse not guilty, now cherry pick nonsense to deride the system when a jury of Trump's NYC peers convicted him. Invalid argument. Those are all bogus prosecutions. We didn’t praise the system for them.

The most “bogus” prosecution in the history of American law. A stain on our country.

BT was trying to draw some contradiction with how conservatives reacted to the verdicts. But the comparison fails because conservatives were consistent in holding all of those prosecutions were unfairly political. It was just a lucky break that the juries acted as checks against tyranny in the first two prosecutions. But the Democratic jury in NY was complicit in it.

Actually Romney said nothing of the conviction or his opinion on it. He said Bragg should have settled it instead of going to trial and he thinks it was a bad move politically. It was also a comment he made to his Biographer and not a press release? Sounds like Fox is doing one of their fishing for a comment stories. I think you are wearing some Trump shades that is affecting your objectivity. Its my objectivity that tells me how unjust this whole situation is. And disastrous. About half the country believes that not only are Democrat leaders unjust and use the system to persecute Republicans, but also that Democrat citizens do too. When a Republican looks at their Democrat neighors, they’re starting to understand that their Democrat neighbors truly hate them. Their Democrat neighbors would disappear them if they could, and they can and will convict you for being a conservative in the court system under fake criminal charges. The nation can’t stay together that way. One side will either have to wipe the other out, or the two sides will have to divorce. I see cyclist as representative of an almost typical progressive...just so full of irrational anger and hate. They were they same ones that cheered the deaths of those that didn't get vaxxes... seriously mental. Cyclist actually just did that yesterday. It has hallmarks of mental illness.

I’m not sure he means half of the anti-Right vitriol he says here. Like a lot of people here on both side, I think he posts it to get a rise. But I do believe there are a very large amount of liberals in the US that would disappear the Right if they could. Trump is just an effigy. Which is ironic because Trump isn’t particularly Right.

You have zero objectivity and are blinded by your Trump shades. There is a minority on both sides that are extremist. Like the MAGA supporters on social media wishing the judge dead and thinks the jury should be executed. Sounds like a lot of hate there to me. The majority of people see this as Trump messed up, got caught, and got convicted. It probably won't effect their decision on who they vote for because both candidates are as bad as it gets. They don't think it is some kind of democratic prosecution of Republicans, they don't think their neighbor hates them. That is pure Trump political bullshit you are spreading. You got to be trolling with that nonsense.

This is the cover illustration for next week's issue of "The New Yorker". We can only hope it's a sneak-preview of things to come. Ordinarily, a recalcitrant felon with a nasty attitude would face jail time, just on general principles. But we all know that this particular lump of ambulatory psychopathology is no ordinary grifter. The Trump Casino, Trump Airline, and Trump Steaks have all disappeared without a trace. You don't have to be a graduate of Trump University to see where this is heading. Time to order a new pair of Sterling Silver commemorative handcuffs from Tiffany! The story is still being written ... procedures to follow ... plenty of time left for Trump to screw up again. Contempt of Court is not subject to appeal. In addition, there's no time limit. Though he could get probation for the felonies, he will do time for contempt first. Sentencing will be delayed until after Trump finishes his time for contempt. Ninety days minimum ... 6 months at most. Where and how long are open to discussion, depending on how Trump tests.
He will be required to submit to interviews, and give both blood and urine samples.
He will not have a doctor of his choice ... he'll get the same "croaker" as everyone else.
( Hair loss drugs are probably not allowed, and neither is snorting stimulants. )
The judge could request more ... hair samples give a timeline, which could be interesting. A diagnostic brain scan, or three, could also be requested by the Court. It would make an interesting T-shirt.

Please share a copy of this “actual plan” you speak of with the rest of us.
Sounds like a lot of your “actual” hog wash that you usually post.

Ask Steven Miller, he will tell you all about how they plan on rounding up 10 million illegal immigrants. They are gonna have to concentrate them somewhere. Pipe dream.
