Excuse me sir but I believe you are wrong. The statute of limitations had run out on any misdemeanor. If they can not get a felony conviction they are done. The “Trump Haters” are so evident in this thread it is simply ridiculous. And the Trump lovers aren't ridiculous in their tolerance for Trump's obvious lies?

I thought the Trump taxes thing had been satisfied a while back. Nope, IRS claims Trump owes $100 million due to a double dip he took that he should not have. Trump claimed a building of his was worthless and took a huge deduction for it over several years. He then sold it to another company he owned and deducted the losses again on the same "worthless" building. He and the IRS have bee nfighting over it for a while now, it will likely end up in court before it is over.

[br You mean Lyin’ Joe Biden’s constant lies and the misrepresentations of the Democrats. If you support this complete line of bull crap you are the people with the problem. Drinking that KoolAid they are serving “can be hazardous to your health “ AND disastrous for our country. Unfortunately we have to choose the best of two crappy choices. The better choice of the two is by far Trump. I don’t like the man but he will be better for our country and actually better for the whole world.

They can depreciate things…

LOL Yeah the crooked judge had to bend every way possible to get this to court. Did Hillary's checks to Perkins say for rigging an election in the memo?
If you have faith in Cohen's testimny you are barely one step above BT n the crazy train!

Tell me how many of those crimes have been proven in NY. ZERO! I mean you have a corrupted judge and a jury pool of zealots. A better scenario you could not have asked for. And this is it?

Wrong you stated the same crime twice. It would have to be proven that he wrote the check to cover up for an election. If he did it for a multitude of other reasons than it is not a crime! Only person to testify to that is a convicted perjurer who lied in front of this jury. The judge has embarrassed himself and the case is a guaranteed appeal win. I know you corrupt dems only care to paint him as a felon before the trial. The defense did withhold a large amount of evidence. Only a kool aide drinking Trump hating dem could think this case is above board and not ripe for appeal! Yeah that Dershowitz is a real Trump zealot! Actually, I listed three other crimes. The federal crime of violating election campaign finance laws. The second was federal tax evasion The third was State tax evasion. IF the jury finds he falsified business records by listing the Stormy payments as legal expenses, then the jury will have to decide if they agree it also facilitated one of the other crimes. If so, it will be a felony conviction. Most likely the tax evasion. I am a Republican, BTW. Why would the defense withhold evidence? This is their only chance to present it. RINO! LOL You say federal and state income laws, because you have to make this a felony. What evidence about tax law was presented during the trial? The only reference to taxes I see is Trump overpaid the $130,000 to include tax to make Cohen whole. You are pulling a crime out of thin air to make this case. Judge should have never let this go to trial unless he is maybe biased or have a daughter involved!

The whole case comes down to why Trump wrote the check. If to interfere with the 2016 election than he is guilty. If he wrote it for any other reason he is innocent! Oh and the check was written after he won the election. If Trump was the scumbag you purport why even write the check?

They can depreciate things… He did it twice for the same property. When you declare a property worthless, you can write off the entire value in one year. Losses are also carried forward. What you can't do is sell it to yourself and then depreciate a worthless property you already wrote off.

If you declare a property worthless I am going to have to presume that it was acquired for the ground below it. The immediate depreciation would be on the structure not the ground. However if the ground itself has no value everything may be able to be written off.
Now, situations change and property values change as the situation changes. Perhaps other properties were acquired adjacent to the worthless property that made the package of property more valuable.
Then if it was sold to another corporation at a profit from the book value after depreciation the profit would be taxable and the next corporation would be able to depreciate the valuation they paid from the property.
Do, are you privy to the bookkeeping of the transactions or are you just guessing or are you just swallowing the bull crap that was generated by other Trump enemies or Trump haters.
You were in business. Did your bookkeeper depreciate your equipment? Your structure?
If and when you sold then you paid profit on the sale price not the depreciated book value? Right?
So everyone else can do this but Yrump can’t? He did something wrong by taking advantage of the tax laws like everyone else can?
“Come on man!”

The recession hit and he could not sell the units for near what he had invested. IRS rules allow you to consider such property worthless since you can't recoup your investment. So Trump wrote off the billions he spent and said he could not make a profit. That is questionable, but Trump got away with doing that He then sold the entire building to himself. Then he sold the units at a loss and wrote off the loss again as a bad investment. Basically writing off the same losses twice. You can look up the IRS case if you wish. Trump claims it was legal, IRS says it is not. As I said, it will likely end up in court

You said the other 2 crimes are state and federal tax crimes. What evidence has been shown to that during the trial? Without that there is no case as the time has run out.
