I don't understand the mental illness that would cause someone to think that trump is a good person, was a good president, is not a pathological liar, isn't losing his frigging mind, etc., yet denigrate Biden with so many lies and bullshit. You literally can't make this idiocy up, it's simply unbelievable. It’s like we are living in two different worlds. I'll take the real world with real facts...the alternative facts of the right wing are lies. We are living in the same world...its our viewpoints that make some of us skeptical and jaded. Bad information in...bad out...

Sec. 1.3. Classification Authority. (a) The authority to classify information originally may be exercised only by: (1) the President and, in the performance of executive duties, the Vice President; (2) agency heads and officials designated by the President in the Federal Register; and (3) United States Government officials delegated this authority pursuant to paragraph (c) of this section. www.archives.gov/isoo/policy-documents/cnsi-eo.htmlThe Vice President has full classification authority just like the President. Read the executive order dated December 2009. It has not changed since then. Classification authority means they can declassify a document. Re-read the executive order you cite; you will not find the Vice President mentioned under "authority for declassification". As for "in performance of executive duties", that would apply if the president died or was incapacitated and the VP assumed presidential authorities, not just whenever Biden felt like stealing documents from the SCIF to have his memoir written for him. BTW, do you have a copy of the Biden memoir? Or perhaps a statue in your living room? Because you are the most tireless apologist for that obscene, tyrannical, treasonous POS... www.archives.gov/isoo/policy-documents/cnsi-eo.htmlYou are incorrect. Even some department heads can declassify documents. Are you saying the Director of National Intelligence can declassify documents and the VP can not. The VP is part of the Executive branch, he has executive duties. His authority is limited to carrying out his executive powers. The President can do it on a whim, like when Trump wanted to tweet a classified photo. The was not part of his executive powers, but he can do it. That is the difference between the two. Biden could not have done such a stupid thing as VP. There are multiple people in the executive branch that declassify documents other than the President. You won't find the President mentioned under "authority for declassification" either. There is no need to since both the President and the Vice President has full classification authority. Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification. (a) Information shall be declassified as soon as it no longer meets the standards for classification under this order. (b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by: (1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority; (2) the originator’s current successor in function, if that individual has original classification authority; (3) a supervisory official of either the originator or his or her successor in function, if the supervisory official has original classification authority; or (4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official of the originating agency. (c) The Director of National Intelligence (or, if delegated by the Director of National Intelligence, the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence) may, with respect to the Intelligence Community, after consultation with the head of the originating Intelligence Community element or department, declassify, downgrade, or direct the declassification or downgrading of information or intelligence relating to intelligence sources, methods, or activities.
(d) It is presumed that information that continues to meet the classification requirements under this order requires continued protection. In some exceptional cases, however, the need to protect such information may be outweighed by the public interest in disclosure of the information, and in these cases the information should be declassified. When such questions arise, they shall be referred to the agency head or the senior agency official. That official will determine, as an exercise of discretion, whether the public interest in disclosure outweighs the damage to the national security that might reasonably be expected from disclosure. This provision does not:

No, only the POTUS has the authorization to declassify classified documents and you need to understand all of the different classifications. I’m sure the VP can declassify the timber count in the national forest survey. But not a top secret battle plan against a known enemy. br] Remember a character named Sandy Berger? And there are a few other characters that tried it also. What all your twisting and turning is proving is that the US government is a bloated bureaucracy.

The Executive order says even the Director of Intelligence can declassify documents. The VP has full classification authority that is within his executive duties, that was my statement and it is correct. Your bullshit word salad does not make sense. Who did Sandy Berger serve as VP under? Also, he served before the 2009 executive order became effective, so he would have no connection anyways.

Some people just believe any crap that the Biden Administration spoon feeds them. Anything they say is true and anything that doesn’t fit their narrative is false. Hmmmm …….. this sounds just like what they say about the Trump supporters doesn’t it ? ? ? Yes that’s their game accuse the Pubs of exactly what they are doing. Over and over again. When the magaa traitors lied time and tied again and cried wolf time and time again, who has issues with their self induced irrelevance. Russia, Russia, Russia! The irony of your statement appears to escape you!🤣

so the cover sheets marked top secret, classified , the picture of the files laid out on the floor that every news agency showed us for a year was fake, im no lawyer but if they did in fact lay those cover sheets on top of the files they recovered could be tampering with evidence, this case is going in the shitter along with the good people of fulton counties case. the only shot you got is stormies case and nobody cares bout that. The cover letter was placed so the photo did not show the actual classified documents, when they show up in court (if cannon ever gets tired of slow walking the case) you might understand as it will all be explained, now had the moron just returned them when asked repeatedly he would not be facing a slam dunk case of obstruction its normal practice to bring top secret cover sheets to a raid then post pictures next day. then only explain yourself 6 months later when it comes up. sorry i dont trust the government that much to believe that story.

I see that you’ve mistaken a joke about the democrat’s cry of “Russia, Russia, Russia” for a stutter. It’s understandable that your mind would slip at your age. Wouldn’t be right of me to hold that against you. You’ll have to settle for my pitty.🤪

Lol And if you feel you have to explain the "joke" then it's not very funny. Your pity is neither necessary, expected or required. There's nothing in your life I want. You can't touch mine. By the way, pity only has one t.

Thanks, Tarp Jr. 🤣
Never would have thought anyone would be confused enough to mistake the joke for a stutter. No big deal though. People see what they want to, most times.
Interesting to see that you’ve joinied psycholist & BT in their use of pet buzzwords to incorrectly label people that don’t share their view point. Unfortunate, though not surprising.
