Conchy, I've never had Arroz Imperial, but it looks like something I would. Will have to try and make it one day. Growing up in Key West I had all types of Cuban food but never had Arroz Imperial until I started working in Miami. Not even sure if they even make it in Cuba or it is a Miami Cuban dish.

Ferris - we freeze cut up pineapple fresh. We use freezer bags and remove as much air as possible. Works for blackberries, blueberries and raspberries as well.

Skinless chicken thighs on the grill. Wife marinated hers in some vinegar/Italian dressing mix and said it was very good. I put blackening seasoning on mine, and we left one plain for the dawgs. The leftover Brussel sprouts are wrapped up in the foil, and then I steamed broccoli.
